I indulged in a few light refreshments at Café at Saks. The Roasted Pumpkin Salad, a tall mocha and a cacao muffin was undeniably delicious. Café at Saks is a small café, located on the 2nd fl..Saks should expand the size of the café in order to accommodate more patrons. Due to the petite size of the café they do suggest a 25 min. limit of table occupancy as a courtesy.
Upon my next visit I will complement my tall mocha with a croissant au chocolat!

Extremely mediocre and overpriced coffee. The only reason they’re in business is because they’re the only option within the department store.

You are in the most luxurious department store in NYC but cutlery is plastic, your expresso is served in a paper cup and for your bottle of water you get no glass (if you did it would be plastic).
Their coffees are delicious, but the baklava is $4 per piece, which is quite expensive. Other than that, the ambiance, food, and sandwiches look great. Coffee prices are pretty much the same everywhere.

Dirty tables, terrible service, drinks poured in plastic cups and you have to beg for ice.

Cute pastry and drink selection but the extra charge for non dairy made my latte 9$ which is a little pricey, they do offer macadamia milk though

The coffee specialties are very good, but the prices could be a bit lower.

The cafe is not what it used to be. I am guessing downsizing it made a difference. It feels a bit more like a small shop with a few seats vs a cafe like it used to be back in the days. At least was glad that their food quality and selection did not get affected by the downsizing.

Expensive, took way too long to make 3 espresso drinks, and both my mom and I got sick after drinking their lattes.

It was kind of hard to find, but I’m still thinking about that strawberry oat milk latte ?. It was $10 for a medium which is probably more than I would want to spend on a regular coffee but totally worth it for a sweet treat while you’re browsing saks.
