Ate here out last morning in NYC, even though I got several coffees here during a few days, fab breakfast menu, tasty and prepared promptly, pastries are to die for, and staff super friendly and helpful
I accidentally placed an $80 order at the wrong location all the way across the city. I didn’t want to pay $40 for a car to take me across town so I went to the nearest location and asked if they could help me refund/cancel the order. The employees here are absolutely amazing. There were 3 on the floor, one male and 2 female. They all tried their best helping me out, they were quick to find a solution and even went so far as to call the other store and find the manager.
