every time i come in here something bad happens. today i waited 25 minutes for my mobile order. i get that it’s busy, but that’s insane. plus there was a very rude lady yelling at customers for checking on their order. it is perfectly reasonable to follow up about a mobile order that was placed 30+ minutes ago! you’re better off going to a different location.
I was walking over to explore the west side of Manhattan one day. After walking around for a while, I stopped into this Starbucks for a hot coffee.
Staff were very friendly. When I arrived, the cafe was pretty busy with a large group of tourists. After they were serviced and left, I got my coffee and muffin.
