I've eaten at Rosa Mexicano (Lincoln Center) on one previous occasion and had thoroughly enjoyed it. So when my husband and I had tickets to a piano recital at Geffen Hall, I decided to reserve us a table before the concert. Excellent food. Best guacamole ever! Taco bargains on Tuesday night's. our server was as good as we've had anywhere. Upstairs tables are preferable for ambiance but we ate downstairs to avoid a stair climb. Downstairs had too much staff traffic.

It was a brisk business Thursday night. But our reservation was honored and the service was top notch. EVERYONE seemed to have the table side guacamole, which is excellent, but overpriced. I can make that at home. We had terrific specialty margarita's, shared the shrimp taco app (4) which was spicy and excellent. Perfect for sharing. He had a duck mole and I continue with the fluke tacos, all delicious. Rosa Mexicano never disappoints.
