Upscale-ish coffee shop with some cafe seating. fancy looking pastries that I did not try ($$$$) . I got tea - it was more expensive than expected - but understandably midtown fancy area.
Not quiet, not loud.
While i was there the line pulsed out the door to no one. Moved rather quickly.

Wonderful pastries, average coffee, nice atmosphere but a lot of the patrons are entitled and rude. That's obviously not the fault of the cafe, they are great, but the other customers are always entitled, selfish and rude.

The most disorganised team ever, I do buy coffee and croissants there each day and each day I witness how bad management can ruin customer experience and overall quality of service. 10 ppl moving behind the cashier in total chaos creating lines with ppl rolling their eyes on

A gem in New York! I can’t recommend this café enough, especially because I was lucky to be served in Spanish by a very friendly guy who made the experience even more welcoming. I tried the vanilla latte, and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of creaminess and flavor. Plus, the dessert was divine, a perfect complement to the drink. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such special service and for making me feel at home!

Good but expensive!
The quiches were amazing! Atmosphere was cozy and quaint. Nice, and professional. Activity level was bustling. Can’t wait until I’m back in NYC to have another quiche.
Vegetarian options: Shiitake mushroom quiche, is available for vegetarians, but probably not a lot of vegan options as the fridge love to cook with eggs and butter.
Parking: Parking wasn’t bad. There are options for paid Street parking.

The place is very charming and the service is also good. For breakfast or brunch it's worth a visit.
Considering the standard of Manhattan coffee shops it doesn't reach the maximum level, but it is an option that should be considered.

It was a paced paced Saturday day morning and the pace was crowded. My wife and I went to grab breakfast to eat in Central Park. For being packed, their service was quick and the food was delicious.

Cafe Bilboquet is not a child friendly place. The lady working the cash register at 9am on Monday Sep. 23 was extremely rude to my family for no reason and even when we obeyed her rude instructions she came over to yell at us and harass us some more. By the way, my child wasn’t doing anything but holding a small, non breakable car that was for sale on their display; not bothering anyone and supervised at all times by myself and nanny. Apparently, that’s not allowed at Cafe Bilboquet, so families would do best to stay away.
Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly because of a rude server at the cash register.
