This is the little cafe that tried to be French but didn’t succeed. Here is the good, croissants were delicious, the coffee was great too…….. but
Then failure: you get Starbucks treatment of paper plates, plastic forks, disposable cups. Unlike a real French cafe you will not get any enjoyment sitting down with a proper coffee cup or glass plate, and metal fork when you dine in and the funny part is you’re still prompted for a 25% tip.

I visited Café Bilboquet in New York and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The place is beautifully designed with elegant décor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect whether you’re alone or with friends. The service was exceptional — the staff were friendly, attentive, and paid attention to the little details that make you feel truly valued as a guest.
The coffee was simply excellent — rich, balanced, and clearly made...

Maybe I chose wrong but had a turnover and barely any filling, flavor was OK but it was a little disappointing considering the price.
