Caffe Reggio has never changed. It still has this wonderful timeless atmosphere with great quality, cappuccinos and food and all had a very reasonable price just to sit there and soak up. The atmosphere is wonderful pleasure, Bob Mcandrew.

Terrible service. Terrible attitude. There’s 1000000 cafes to go to in NYC, do NOT go to this one. Completely disappointed as they called my friend “stupid” for asking questions in the menu. Disrespectful and disgraceful.

Terrible experience at Café Reggio. The staff was shockingly rude and Their behavior was blatantly discriminatory, dismissive, and unprofessional. On top of that, they wouldn’t even communicate properly or show any basic respect. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the service was downright awful. Save your time and money—this place isn’t worth it.

There was lots to look at while you enjoy a cappuccino or catch up with friends, the atmosphere and cappuccino were the selling points for me. I enjoyed the small laminated info cards that dive into the history of the cafe !

Was rudely asked to leave after less than three hours for exceeding the "laptop maximum" because they "needed the table" (there were several open tables and not many people coming in) and clearly other patrons, who arrived prior to me, were still using laptops and not ordering food either ??

The art and ambiance is to die for, also the cannolis and lemonade with hibiscus is oh so yum. At first I was annoyed of the Latino workers mocking me, and the blonde woman waiter was really nice.

Friends and I visited Cafe Reggio in Autumn 2024 for coffee, cannolis and mulled wine. Service was good and the staff helpful. The environment was welcoming and had a good vibe. While we really enjoyed the cannolis, the coffees weren’t the best and the mulled wine was vile - we emptied a bottles worth of star of anise from our mugs. I would not recommend and would likely not revisit.
