My first time eating at an organic restaurant with an all vegan menu (not a vegan) but the food is amazing. Even without meat, the entrees sell you on flavor and taste. Definitely a spot to check out if you're a real foodie.

Always great. Delightful to be able to eat high quality food thats very tasty, beautifully plated, and it's all plant based. The cafe is attractive and comfortable. There's a full bar with organic beer, wine and spirits. And the service is good, too. Makes me wonder why I'm still eating meat!

I'm not vegan but this is probably the best vegan restaurant that i've visited so far. The atmosphere is great but I would say that food is the main reason i would come back. Great place for a date or a meal with a small party

Fantastic vegan food with an upscale feel

Tastiest vegan dish I've had in NYC (I think I had miso brown rice w tofu and veggies)

I'm a meat eater, but I've never had anything I haven't liked at this vegan oasis.

Shared several vegan dishes including a mushroom based sir and fry and an Indian like rice like cake. Well prepared and priced. Beautiful restaurant and will return

As it is with the branches on the East side, this Candle Cafe serves up delicious food - from the appetizers to the entrees all the way to desserts. My spinach ravioli was artfully presented (in a stack) and more importantly, scrumptious. The same could be said for the banana chocolate cake.

Lovely Valentine's Day menu. All Vegan! Our waiter, Ian, was amazing. Very sweet and attentive. Our thanks to him again!
In New York, vegan and vegetarian spots seem to open on a monthly basis (and close almost as frequently). Candle Cafe is one of the originals, and in my opinion, one of the best. My most recent visit there did not disappoint.

The Impossible Burger was good, but the fries were cold. The Miso Tofu Stir Fry was also very good, but it had way too much sauce...there was basically a puddle at the bottom of the bowl. The server was extremely nice, but he clearly had way too many tables, so we didn't really get quick service/attention. Compared to previous experiences, I feel like the quality & experience at Candle Cafe West has declined. Hoping it improves because I've had several great experiences here before.

Delicious vegan food. It doesn't taste “healthyâ€, just yummy. Meat eaters could be happy here.

Excellent food was amazing was there with my Bestie for Thanksgiving Love the vibe. A bit pricey but it was holiday and all restaurants. Always overcharge on any given holiday. Great to break with tradition and have a Vegan Thanksgiving

I tasted ravioli with spinach - very nice!
