This capital one cafe is one of the slowest cafes I’ve ever been to! Staff has no sense of time or efficiency. They were always chatting and taking their sweet time even if there are dozens of customers waiting for their drinks. On average a drink needs 15-20min. And it’s not because they are short of staff. The nearby cafes which have half of the people are far more efficient and fast. It’s really frustrating to see them don’t care about anyone’s time.

I will come back here for sure. Bad Well… I must say I have little to none complain about it other than the honey jar is stuck to the plates and I cant use it - maybe because of the dripped honey 😅 I hope they put more attention to these little details and clean them more often Also the caramel coffee is overly sugary 🙏🙏 I have to bring it home and add tons of coffee into it.

💗🥛🫖The seasonal tea latte I got was amazing. Great flavor with creamy and smooth texture. Milk was foamy.

The space is huge, but there is not a lot of seating and the layout makes no sense at all. They didn’t let us sit down in the space we found. The iced chai is not good - very mid. No cup sleeves. Good discount for capital one but I won’t be coming back.
