Intimate & cozy - Chef Lim and Ray and Eddie made us feel at home! I also loved the dishes that showcased a lot of aging techniques. I felt like RAON showcased an intriguing blend of traditional Korean temple and modern French, making it extremely personal and unique.
One of the absolute best tasting menus in New York. Honestly there were a lot of yellow flags I had when I learned about Raon. I'm always cautious of places that say they're inspired by nostalgic, familiar flavors bc they always fall short of the promise, but this is one of the few menus that truly delivered on that promise.
