Was happy with this place up until today. I see now what other customers complained about. I order something for delivery and they forgot my chimichurri sauce that I paid for, the girl on the phone is gonna say it's not their fault the chef couldn't make it because he was busy (how is that my problem?)then continues on to say that they at least gave me mojito, which mind you comes included in the platter I ordered. Quick to keep customers money, bad business. No more ordering from there, they are dishonest! No apologies no nothing just brush off.

Food is amazing I just dont understand a small soup mean 1 chicken an lots of juice an a large is only 2 pieces chicken. Mind u a large is 10$ & the lunch is 11$ ? With3 piece chicken… how does this make sense?

Cristel is truly a one-stop server! We dined two times already in this restaurant, even without a reservation she seated us at a great table and took care of us from start to finish. it's clear she’s been very well trained. Kudos to her and to the team.

After 4 years since my last purchase, which was very unpleasant.
I decide to give them another chance and order 2 orders of pernil, 1 with tostones and the other with Maduros. $22 dollars each. That's 42 dollars plus 6 for tip.
It's an abuse

Any extra that you would like to add to your plate they tell you that it will have to be a separate order like we don’t have money to pay

I walked into the restaurant as the only customer and ordered a $10 steak sandwich to go. Despite there being zero other customers, I had to wait close to 40 minutes for the sandwich. The staff apologized, but they didn't hesitate to hold long conversations instead of making the sandwich.

The sandwich itself was embarrassingly small (two thin and tiny pieces of steak in a hero) and almost inedibly chewy. Despite asking for medium wellness for the steak, it was cooked way overdone anyway. Despite specifically paying extra for 'everything on it' they forgot to put the mayo or ketchup they said they would.

Most likely the business is just money laundering like other Spanish stores with nothing on their shelves.

In my opinion, it’s the best spot of Dominican food in the neighborhood.
