The service is impeccable and quick, with friendly staff providing attentive service and personalized recommendations. The restaurant offers delicious meals, including incredible potatoes, flavorful pasta, and a phenomenal lamb appetizer. The squid ink pasta is fantastic and the tuna crudo appetizer is great too. The delightful espresso martinis with mezcal enhance the dining experience, while the tremendous selection of drinks includes an excellent wine list and Amaros. The ambiance is cozy with a Manhattan vibe, making it a great spot for a date. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant can reach full capacity, especially on busy nights. With so many delicious items on the menu, including a white truffle menu and veal pounded thin, Carlotto is definitely worth a visit for another meal.
