The food was excellent. I had blueberry pancakes which was very fluffy with fresh fruit and real maple syrup. Even though It was very crowded the server was very attentive. I had a reservation which I recommend and was taken quickly.

Visiting from Australia and wanted an New York diner experience. Service was amazing, Sebastian our waiter was extremely prompt and saw to our specific requests. The pancakes were unbelievable. If you’re here and looking for a real NY meal then definitely drop in. We will definitely be back!

Definitely the Carnegie cafe to go to in NYC. I’ve been to other outlets and this one has the best service, food and COFFEE!
Aussies are known to be coffee snobs and I can tell you this, for a coffee lover living in Australia, this cafe makes good coffee blend. The almond milk blends so nicely and creamy with the coffee.
Steak and eggs were amazing. Muffins were awesome. Friendly services and smiles the whole time.
Would definitely be back here again the next time I visit NYC.

Every bite tastes fresh and satisfying. The customer service was excellent too friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel comfortable whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or relaxing after exploring the city. Another big bonus: it’s perfectly located across the street from Carnegie Hall and just minutes from Central Park, making it a perfect stop while exploring Manhattan. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service.
