Found on a hot day walking back from Central Park. Got a pitcher of beer for $17 which went down a storm. Great value. Waitress were ok, but (I'm going to be honest here) a little abrupt with us - not sure if it was because we were from out of town (British) because she was lovely as can be to other American customers. But this isn't an unusual thing to have happened to us on this trip ? But we loved the atmosphere of the place and the other patrons ?
P.J. Carney's is a nice little pub right off 7th Avenue and Central Park South. The location of this establishment is fantastic, and my veggie and grilled chicken salad was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it here if you're looking for a nice pub atmosphere near Central Park.
