Carnitas Ramirez is an amazing place with good carnitas, salsas, and service. The fresh, slow-roasted meat is served in a simple decor, creating an ambiance like in a theater set of Mexico. Seating is minimal and gets crowded fast. The spicy is really spicy. While some find it a great experience that does not disappoint, others feel it somehow disappoints, like a mystery. It is not too costly, and the Gordita is recommended.
