I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.
From the moment my two friends and I arrived, we felt unwelcome. The hostess was rude and told us to wait at the bar despite empty tables being available. The only person who was friendly and helpful was the Italian bartender, who got us seated.
The service was terrible—we had to ask for menus, ask to order, and repeatedly flag someone down for basic service. When the food arrived, it was completely cold. The veal was especially disappointing, and the restaurant substituted one of our dishes without telling us it was significantly more expensive.
For the prices they charge, the food and service were unacceptable. We left feeling like we were inconveniencing the staff just by being there. It completely ruined our night, and we won't be returning.

Returning to Casa Tua today for lunch with my son Noah was a truly special experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. The atmosphere remains elegant yet comfortable, the service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What made the experience even more meaningful was sharing it with my son and seeing him enjoy the same welcoming environment that has always made Casa Tua feel like home. Casa Tua is more than just a restaurant, it is a place where hospitality, quality, and genuine care for guests come together effortlessly. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful afternoon. It was a pleasure to return, and I look forward to many more visits in the future.

While staying at the Surrey we enjoyed breakfast at their lovely Casa Tua restaurant. The dining room is beautifully designed and our food was excellent. Among the many delicious choices was a delicious Cumberland sausage and pancakes with blueberry coulis. We were pleased with the professional, attentive staff. Timothy, one of our favorites at the restaurant, noticed that my husband had ordered the wrong beverage and quickly offered to find something that suited him. It was so nice to receive such attentive service. He made light of the error and we so enjoyed chatting with him. Such a professional young man. We look forward to visiting Casa Tuna when we return.

My children’s favorite Italian restaurant in the city. Best pasta, best steak, best drinks. We come here as often as we can. The staff is amazing, very friendly and attentive. Love dining here. Highly recommend as a family place, romantic date place. The atmosphere is amazing
