We stayed last week in New York and after some research we found this cafe. We planned to go there only once to have breakfast to discover more in Manhattan but this cafe is so amazing and the service warm that finally we were there the 6 days to have breakfast. Thank you to José and Paula for their welcome and their wonderful breakfast. Whether you like sweet or savoury you will feast! Special mention for waffles that are amazing. Everything is generously served and a full breakfast for just 15 euros in total per person. Ideal for facing the long sports days of New York. I highly recommend this place!

Great food, excellent service, will be back in 2025 from UK, stayed around the corner, great place for all your local food

Coffee is really, REALLY bad. Pancakes were well worth their price. Ham and eggs were just okay but again relatively cheap. Food gets ready super fast.

I’m from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We stayed at a hotel around the corner in August 2024. Hands down the best sandwiches (made right in front of my eyes) I’ve ever had in my life. I came back almost every day when I was here. AMAZING! Posting this in 2025 because I still remember how good they were!

Tried to over charge me. Argued when I pointed out the mistake. They made a mistake with a coffee and instead of just righting it argued about it: woman behind counter was rude right from the go. It’s a shame. The food was nice and fresh. But a bad taste left in the mouth.

The place is clean, tidy, and visually appealing, with a lovely panoramic window that's perfect for enjoying breakfast. However, the food raised several concerns. The chicken felt far from fresh, and I found both dishes disappointing overall. The strawberry cheesecake was equally unpleasant, with strawberries that tasted artificial, almost plastic-like.

Awesome! We Looking for a place to have a fresh breakfast, like scrambled eggs, fried eggs... the place is clean, comfortable to sit down and eat and the service is excellent. Today we arrived and the chef had already finished his shift, he very kindly prepared the breakfast while the other employee arrived! That's service!

It's perfect for a simple breakfast. Pancakes and panini were both good. The clerks are also friendly and respond well even if their English is not good.

It's nice here!
Recommended if you want to enjoy a warm, delicious meal without the burden of tipping while feeling the local American vibe.
It's not the type of restaurant that tourists go to, but rather a place where Americans usually eat in the morning. The staff was very friendly, and since this isn't a place where they serve you, you don't need to leave a tip. The food is plentiful and the coffee is cheap and delicious. The coffee here is better than Starbucks brew coffee.
