I love Cava but for the 2nd time in 3 orders, lentils and rice are so dry, and too hard to eat. It actually hurts my teeth! Either it’s not cooked enough, or it was cooked hours ago and it got so dry.
After a long, exhausting day at work, my best friend surprised me with dinner and took me to Cava….. honestly it was exactly what I needed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of great energy. Miguel O., who was working behind the counter, absolutely made the experience unforgettable. He was beyond kind, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, taking the time to walk us through all the options and making sure we felt confident and excited about...
Visiting NYC and wanted to try CAVA - the workers were super welcoming and the food is fresh and tasty! The one we got ended up being a bit too spicy for me so I wanted to buy a drink (made fresh in-house!). When I went to order, one of the workers how our food was and I said it was very good but a bit spicy, and he ended up giving us a drink on the house. I really appreciated rhis gesture!
