Today I witnessed an amazing interaction between Steven and Danny. Danny was working the line and Steven gently coached him and gave him some direction. Danny was very receptive to the training he was receiving simultaneously serving customers. As a foodservice lifer, it was a perfect example customer service 101 and great coaching/training.
