My girlfriend and I have slowly been making our way through the plethora of omakase restaurants in NYC. I reserved this tasting counter for her birthday and we were not disappointed. Best omakase experience! From sitting next to the chef, engaging in interesting conversations about Japanese culture, to the excellent service and gorgeous glassware. The food was delicious, and we tried the sake pairing—it was a great idea, as it complemented all the courses on the menu. Definitely a well-earned Michelin star!
