This was my first time coming into this establishment and it more than exceeded my expectations. The ambience is clean and modern. The staff is precise and charming. Definitely a level of sophistication in the atmosphere. I really appreciated the calm social vibe while meeting new people at the bar. I started with a caviar tasting along with a new take on a few of the standard accompaniments. I usually don’t like blinis but these felt like fluffy clouds of buttermilk biscuits....

I've been to Caviar Russe many times for dinner, and it's always incredible. But recently, my husband threw me a surprise birthday party there, and it was truly unforgettable. The food and service were outstanding, as always, but what made it extra special was the attention to every detail—from the warm hospitality to the personalized menus.
