Been going here for maybe ten years off and on. Close to Times Square food is decent and pricing will not break the bank. And most importantly easy to make reservations through Open Table.
Service unfriendly and we didn’t feel welcome. Quantities too small for the pizzas and the food in general was ok but not enough good for the price.

Incredible Italian food and quick service. Great portions and best christmas music in the city. Definitely should be on your christmas list!

An all around great dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere are all exceptional. My wife and I both ordered from the prix fixe menu. She had the Talapia, I had the chicken, and we both had the house salad. Everything was excellent and some of the best Italian that we've had in the city, which is a very lofty task. The Cheesecake and Tiramasu were also 👌. The service was friendly, perfectly attentive, and efficient.
The service was great and the food was awesome! The price was more than reasonable especially for NYC. The waiters were especially nice and personable. Definitely coming back in the future. Thank you Ceci Restaurant for a great experience.

Beautiful designed. But the food and service needs some improvement. Not the worst but def. not the best.
Fare prices for the dishes, though they added to themselves 20% service 🤔 .

Took way too long for us to get drinks. My chicken parm was good, but my wife's penne vodka did not taste like vodka sauce. Overall, Ok, but wouldn't be my first choice.
Worst pasta ever. I ordered a penne a la vodka. The pasta had the consistency of mashed potatoes, the sauce was basically a bad tomato sauce. I have a high tolerance for bad food, but I couldn’t eat more than two bites.

The ambiance and service are great
BUT the kitchen needs help.
All food was overcooked and poorly presented. The bread was not fresh. The pasta was precooked which is not expected for an Italian restaurant.
Credit card charge was close to 4%
The food was very disappointing. The fettuccine Alfredo was watered down. all the other meals were just as bad. 6 guest and 250.00 later we left hungry and looking for somewhere else to eat.
The portions are small, the prices high, and the quality is on par with microwaved frozen food... because it probably WAS. This place is a CRIME. Avoid.

Worst meal I have had while in town. This was in the top 5 of the worst meals I have eaten out of my home town. Please don't waste your money at this place.
