Love Cha Cha Matcha! Nicole, Janet, Callie, and Nikki always make the vibe amazing - they keep the place lit up! Their matcha is some of the best in the city—try the draft matcha latte or matcha with almond milk and agave. Friends are always impressed. Highly recommend.

it’s damn near $10 for a small matcha, and it was DISGUSTING. not sure if their milk was spoiled or something, but it just tasted like heavy whipping cream and salt. i either caught them on a bad day, or none of these good reviews have ever tried anything other than Starbucks Matcha.

This is my favorite Cha Cha Matcha in the city. The staff knows you by name and your order. It’s a high level of service for a cafe. Kay is the GOAT and took my experience to the next level. 10 out of 10 reccomend.

Nichole and all the staff at ChaCha Matcha are so welcoming and kind. They make sure the place has great vibes and are always smiling. A great place to stop or meet in the Flatiron for a cold or warm drink.
Literally love this place. I get a strawberry Matcha here at least twice a week. Very calm environment, which makes it perfect for a cafe date with some friends. The staff is always so nice and the wait times are super short.
