This review is for the managers who run this location. I love Cha Cha Matcha, but my last visit left me disappointed. Two people on staff is simply not enough. There were only two employees working, and while my wait was long, what upset me more was watching them work nonstop without a chance to breathe, let alone clean or tidy up the space. Matcha and milk were spilled everywhere, and it wasnât a pleasant sight. You have plenty of customers, so the least you can do is hire more staff and schedule them accordingly.

The place has a great, vibrant atmosphere with a stylish setup that definitely stands out. However, the drinks were a letdownn. The matcha didnât taste like matcha at all, and the chai latte was quite disappointing. On the bright side, the chocolate protein smoothie was excellentârich and flavorful.

Cha Cha Matcha has been a consistently frustrating experience. I ordered the Beautiful Latte and was handed what tasted like plain milk, no coffee, no matcha, no flavor. When I asked about it during a previous visit, a barista rudely insisted that âeverything here comes with matcha,â despite no matcha being listed in the ingredients or tasted in the drink. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. On my most recent visit, I gave it another shot and again ordered the Beautiful Latte. This time I was told that if I wanted matcha, Iâd have to pay extra to add it. So which is it? Either everything comes with matcha, or matcha is an add-on. The inconsistency between staff and the lack of clear communication is unacceptable, especially when drinks are priced at a premium. If Iâm paying $8 for a âlatte,â I expect more than just oat milk in a cup. Until the staff is trained to give consistent answers and the menu is updated to reflect what customers are actually getting, I wonât be back.

I visited this place today because I had heard it was a good matcha spot. I ordered two drinks: Beautiful latte and Purple drink, $21 total after taxes.
1. Cashier was a bit indifferent and rushing, like đđ type of energy. 2. I find it a bit strange and odd the fact that specialty drinks are without matcha by default⊠like Iâm pretty sure everyone comes here for a matcha drink and, in other places, the matcha shot is already included in the price! I was flabbergasted when I saw $21 dollars for two drinks. I donât think someone would come and order a cup of milk with some vanilla and honey in it without matcha! It was when I was leaving that I noticed that the menu at the top said âadd matcha for +$2â but still, should be included in the total price, and I feel like she only put a splash of matcha in each drink
Absolutely love it! The workers are all super nice and considerate! Especially Kiade! Sheâs very a social person, overall itâs a 10/10!

As usual, great matcha drinks made with Uji Japanese matcha. The quality of the matcha really matters if you're mindful of health. They're so confident in their matcha powder that they even offer matcha water â unsweetened, just matcha and water!
The place has a small bathroom â tiny, but still convenient. The other Cha Cha Matcha location I visited didnât have a restroom for customers, so this was appreciated.
One small thing: I asked for the matcha water without ice and was charged an extra 50 cents plus tax. Not sure why, since it's just more plain water, but itâs not a big deal. I really enjoyed the matcha water and was glad there was a restroom available.

I had such a great experience at Cha Cha Matcha thanks to Kiade! From the moment I walked in, Kiade greeted me with a warm smile and welcoming energy that made my whole visit brighter. Not only was the service quick and friendly, but Kiade also took the time to answer my questions and recommend a matcha drink that was absolutely perfect.
You can tell Kiade genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in their craft â my drink was made with care and looked as good as it tasted. Itâs rare to find someone who brings that level of passion and positivity to their work, and it definitely made my day.
