The food was really good. I especially liked the croissant.
But the service was honestly terrible. The guy working at the register charged me for two croissants when I only got one. I told him the charge was wrong three times, but he just acted weird and didn’t really do anything about it.
When I asked for a printed receipt, it only showed $6, but my credit card was charged over $13. He said I could get a refund, but I never did.
What bothered me the most wasn’t even the overcharge—it was that he never admitted anything was wrong and didn’t apologize at all.

Cha Cha Matcha is such a cute spot for Matcha! I love the pops of pink and the tropical feel. Service was fast and flavor was great! It is a small shop with some seating and charging outlets. Having Matcha in the name, I had high hopes that were met- I had the iced Matcha latte which was nicely flavored. Some places try to do matcha and it’s not great but this was amazing.

I never went to this establishment before, but I walked by this place every day to get to my school at FIT and this one day recently I had an experience outside with one of their workers that triggered me. So this worker was carrying an ice bucket behind me outside and he hit the ice bucket behind my legs and didn’t even say he was sorry and I said “ like wow really” and he didn’t even respond to that. I literally almost fell, and my leg hurt for a week after. I actually have a physical disability, which makes it even more troubling. ? Was actually thinking of trying this place but now after experiencing this, I will never try this place or recommend to anyone. Rude worker that doesn’t even respond to sorry in any way. Be aware and stay away from this location!
Loved their nitro matcha latte. The shop itself is very cute!

Lately, this Cha Cha Matcha and the Flatiron location have both been kinda stingy on the matcha. I get the sense this isn't an issue with how the baristas make it, but maybe a cutback on the business side. Super disappointing because I loved this place, but I won't continue paying $7-$9 for a cup of green milk.
