We got frozen margaritas first, which probably explains why fajitas, ceviche, and quesadillas suddenly seemed like essential purchases. The ceviche was fresh and bright. The quesadilla was exactly what you'd expect—in the best way: crispy outside, melted cheese inside, gone before I could properly share it.
