I got their masala chai (hot). To be honest, I wasn’t a fan. It’s far from an authentic flavor, and mostly tasted of hot milk and cardamom. I couldn’t taste the tea at all. I don’t know if their other beverages are better and it’s possible I got a bad batch. The service was great though.
Indian chai in Manhattan??
Yes 12 different customisable flavours. I had tried few tea varieties from vending machines in India. But those are pathetic.
This ChaiVio in USA, doesn't feel like it's from a vending machinr which has a vibrant touch screen and variety of flavours and customising options.

In a recent event, I had opportunity to taste the tea provided by Chaivio, which I found very tasty and authentic unlike other ready to drink teas available in the market. I wish it could be available in the desi store so people can buy it.
