I’m IN LOVE with all the eataly spots this one was delicious as always, gelato, food, starters, snacks and everything was delicious , staff were friendly and kind, despite the hour, because they close at 11 pm and we arrived there like at 10:10 and they still gave us a tableVegetarian options: They have many vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: They have many options like salads, fish, another kind of dishes beside pizzaWheelchair accessibility: They have access to wheelchairs
Where's that Italian hospitality?My wife and I are here in NYC on vacation from Melbourne, Australia. With limited time remaining to us in this wonderful city, we had arranged to meet with friends (New Jersey locals) for dinner at Eataly NYC Downtown.Arriving slightly early for the reservation made by our friends, we made our way to the front of house person, only to be asked to wait outside of the dining area until they arrived.Not at all welcoming!
