This was an OK rice noodle. The original cart on Grand was wayyyyyy better. Sauce too watered down and fish ball was mehhhhh. I cannot when they water down sauces, I miss the days of ten years ago when sauces were normal. Price point is a bit much, 4.50 for a small!
Food was good. It reminded me of my trip to Hong Kong in the 2010's.
You'll need patience for the food since it's just a few people. But the food is worth the wait. I waited outside and the cashier just waved me in when my order was ready. 🙂

The food was delicious and the owner was super friendly. We got the rice rolls with peanut and hoisin sauce (a classic) and the medium size tripe. Will definitely come back and try other things on the menu!
