There are only a few shredded eel in the large portion, and it looks like it has been blanched in water.

The ambiance is incredible, the staff is super courteous and the dishes are executed well. I am excited to return and try more dishes!

This is probably the first time I didn't finish my bubble tea lol. It was warm and a little watered down. Customer service was great!

Udon was mediocre and filled with cilantro - WTF? Clearly not an authentic Japanese restaurant.

I did not know about this great food court below the Plaza Hotel. We stopped for a glass of wine, with happy hour prices. Perfect place for a little break from walking all over town.

The pho here is very good, but VERY expensive.

The absolute worst. Don't even bother going. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff

A must in NY due to fame but a bit dull as there is no sunlight. Variety is also good but majority are closed in the morning

So if you love Bahn -Mi and Udon noodles this is the place for you. Try the Pork Bahn Mi with crunchy vegetables and of course they offer a delicious range of Signature drinks with tapioca Pearls. The Udon noodles are perfect for a rainy, snowy cold day. Great service.

Great wine & dinning experience, $10 happy hour all day long. Contemporary, vintage atmosphere! Our server Alvarro was excellent. Just what we needed after walking the streets of NY.

The flavor of the soup and wontons were on point but the bowl was 90% noodles and I really wanted soup, it was cold out!
