I love Chick Fil A and frequent them often because of the high standard for quality. I have to say that I was very disappointed with my grilled chicken scramble bowl. It was only slightly warm to the point that the cheese had no chance of melting. I’m always leery about sending food back, plus it had taken awhile to get the food in the first place. I’d go back, though, if I’m ever back in NYC.
I am from Texas and have been eating Chick-fil-A since they were only in food courts (80's). So little with such a great taste. We were over the moon when they started the stand alone stores.

However, the bathroom facilities are limited, with only one available for men, women, and children. Despite some drawbacks, the restaurant is a great alternative to burgers and offers wheelchair accessibility. Overall, many customers enjoy the friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food at this location.
