worst chik fil a i’ve been to. sandwich had no flavor so i threw it out. fries had no salt and were also stale. both our sprite and coke were flat. the cashiers were also rude. would not recommend this location

A great place to hang out across the street from Grand Central. Much better than the food court in Grand Central where there is no general seating except for one restaurant. It is quiet and clean with a bathroom (code needed). The food is… well… fast food. I just had a seltzer bc I was there with someone else who just wanted a quick bite before the train ride. You have to ask for ketchup… they keep it behind the counter.

Terrible experience for my wife I totally understand they closed at 10pm and need to clean but when you start rushing customers to finish eating quick is not cool ....... later on my wife was told by the manager cleaning staff are told to rush seated customers eating..... I really think this practice is totally unacceptable hope headquarters read this review

US$51++= S$69.66 for 4 pax… To me, it’s so so..it’s mostly chicken Lol.. the burgers is not so hot as they prepared earlier, maybe it’s winter time, food gets colder easily.. Restaurant’s heat is good.. keep us warm.. A place for us to rest after long walk at Fifth Ave & New York Public library ..

Honestly I can’t even tell u how the food is cause it never got to me. I order Chic almost everyday for lunch , they never disappoint me well I talked too soon. Today i decided to do a delivery instead of pick up since it was so cold not from a 3rd party either, the delivery was suppose to be made by a Chic member. I got a call saying he was here but when I went to the lobby he wasn’t. that’s when he told me he was waiting for me a block away. I came down in nothing but a short sleeved shirt and it’s 20 degrees outside , I also didn’t have that much time left to run back upstairs tp get me a hoodie.. Long story short when I told him to walk to me he tried to say the street was closed. you can simply get off your scooter and walk with it or go in through the other direction. But no completely ghosted me , went back to the store and didn’t say anything til I called the store. Did the manager or someone help or even apologize? no they just left the situation as it is. it’s more so crazy just off the fact this was my LUNCH for my BREAK. If ya was uptown it would’ve ended differently😂

New Yorkers I come to Chik fil A to hear “my pleasure” please please please keep this chain restaurant sweet and wholesome as it is everywhere else. It’s a small ask but people come here for an experience. Other than that this place would have been 5 stars.
