Love this place
Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Views were great as expected, especially the Chrysler Building. Food was also great, as would be expected from Boulud. So why the downgrade?
1. Service was inattentive and pacing was off. Asked to describe a menu item, the server basically read the menu back. Took 5+ minutes to get catsup. Plate clearing was slow. Nothing too bad but below expectations for the setting.
