New Yorkers I come to Chik fil A to hear “my pleasure” please please please keep this chain restaurant sweet and wholesome as it is everywhere else. It’s a small ask but people come here for an experience. Other than that this place would have been 5 stars.
This is pretty good Chick-fil-A besides the scaffolding in the front. I got the spicy chicken, sandwich, medium fries, and cheese sauce on the side. I ordered on the app and got my food in a decent amount of time. The food was good I can’t complain. They have a good amount of seating upstairs. Service was good. It’s a pretty chill spot to enjoy your food.

To me, it’s so so..it’s mostly chicken Lol..
the burgers is not so hot as they prepared earlier, maybe it’s winter time, food gets colder easily..
Restaurant’s heat is good.. keep us warm..
A place for us to rest after long walk at Fifth Ave & New York Public library ..
