Probably the worst Chic Fil A I have ever been to. Horrific customer service, rude workers, small portions, over cooked chicken, undercooked fries. Perhaps if more people there actually spoke English they could follow proper instructions on how corporate requires peoples food be prepared. There is a reason why this is the least busy location I have ever been to…Ever. Garbage.

I also loved the employees commitment to customer service and cleanliness. Many locations maintain a welcoming atmosphere, which enhances the dining experience.
In addition I have tried sweetened iced tea which providing a refreshing balance to the spicy flavors of the food. It won’t be the last visit I’m sure during my vacation time in NYC
