Great restaurant for a quick and delicious bowl !
I was recommended this place by a friend and he swears by it. I ended up getting the roasted black cod bowl. He got is go to roasted unagi. I tired his and it was very good and had a slight sweetness to it. The cod was also very delicious and flavorful. I would recommend going for a quick easy and very tasteful meal ! I will return.

I was hungry and didn’t want to pay for a 30 dollar piece of sushi so while walking to the 6 train i found this place
damn near delectable the salmon was good and the fish flakes weren’t overpowering
plus they added the perfect amount of spice+seasoning
food came literally instantly and they had mexican coke
it was kind of expensive but in manhatten standards it was good
also the cashier was nice zlawg was chillin on god on god

Ethan provided a lovely service at the register. He also made a lovely poke bowl for me. Also Eric made me feel cozy too.

My goodness, I am wondering why not a lot of people know of this healthy fresh meal that is affordable and really delicious. Chikarashi it is! The fish was fresh and not dry, flavorful on a bed of hot rice with sides of healthy veggies. Yum!

Street Asian food at its best. Simple, tolerable freshness,no ‘service’ needed which makes it generally affordable, and above all patient and nice staffs - definitely recommend if you just need to fill up your stomach quickly

My favorite chirashi place in NYC! I order here at least once a week. The salmon ikura the great. Also recommend the flight and miso soup. Dine-in is also nice with quick service.

Consistent, thoughtful, and always balanced flavors. Chikarashi has some of the best cuts of fish in their bowls. My favorite go to spot for a healthy and quick lunch.
