Today was my first time trying cookies at Chip City, I was welcomed by both Cierra and Ryan. They both made me feel excited to try something new and was very helpful by giving their opinions on the menu and telling me what type of cookies they had today. Personally i think it’s safe to say this spot is better than crumble.

The workers Ryan and Cierra were very nice people. Ryan was very enthusiastic and charismatic with the customers!! Cierra was also very patient when I was deciding which cookie I should get. The cannoli cookie ended up being amazing tho!

Came here to get cookies for my toddler he loved the oatmeal cream pie and sometimes they don’t have it but Ryan helped us figure it out. His customer service was immaculate and he was super kind. Loved it!!!! Thank you Ryan!!!!
