We got a chocolate chip cookie here and I was a bit disappointed. Although a decent cookie, it could’ve been more flavorful and was a bit dry. They have great branding and were nice in the store but the cookie didn’t live up to some of the other competitors like Levain in the city.

Chip City always hits the spot. I pick up cookies every other week and everyone at work enjoys them. Please bring back vanilla dulce crumble!

Website say they open until 1:30am but when we entered they said it was closed and we watched them bag up cookies…
Inside was very clean snd cozy and smelled delicious. Cookies were warm and staff was very helpful and patient. We also got delicious bagels and cream cheese! Will definitely come back to try the other flavors.

Love the cookies from Chip City. I love the variations and the fact that it’s a new flavor theme every week. And the app is easy to use when you want to have them delivered to you and not pay $15+ in uber fees.

Came in to New York City again for some adventure with the family looking for new exciting places to eat and find anything that stood out And on our travel to China Town we stumbled upon chip City which we didn't t know existed until we found it. By far best cookies I've had in a long time the chocolate chip was the grandslam for me . This will be on our list when we come back . Service- awesome Staff - awesome Cookies- awesome

Dishonest and over-priced. I ordered cookies for delivery and paid an additional $45 for a Saturday delivery. They never shipped the cookies. I received an email 3 days later stating “due to production issues, your cookies will be delayed.” No offering of a refund for the extra shipping. This was NOT a postal service issue. They fraudulent collect extra shipping when they never intend to expedite. As of today, they have yet to ship the cookies and it’s long past the birthday of the recipient.

Sold me a cookie with rotted frosting that tasted like cream cheese left in a hot car for a week straight.. Absolutely disgusting. Went in asked for a refund, they never sent it.. So paid $6 for a disgusting rotted cookie that tasted so horrible i couldn’t even get thru the first bite without spitting. Save your money, do not come here
