Sadly, I didn’t get the experience it seems most reviewers did. I went around 9pm on a Sunday, and there were very few cookie options available. There were like three trays that were half-full, and I ended up getting Red Velvet.
I expected a warm and chewy cookie, but this was the opposite. Room temp, seriously overbaked, and crunchy. My friend compared it to a crouton. I wasn’t sober and I still didn’t enjoy it. :(

I went to try it on my vacation to NY and both my boyfriend and I loved it, the best cookie we've ever had, the employee was very friendly and the place is nice, I recommend it!

To be honest, I choose Crumbl cookie over chip city cookies because chip city cookies are dry and don’t have the moist. It’s not good cookies. It gets very hard quick and funny part. I went to this location and employee told me that if I purchased five cookies I will get one free I regret I regret I should have saved my money and only get two cookies. The cookies were not that good. I regret not going to crumble after I purchased these cookies and I brought it home. The employee was great, but you should never force no one to buy those type of cookies It’s not worth it

Gentleman who was at the counter (WV store) and helped me was terrific! Very friendly! Great Energy! He's a keeper! Couldn't wait until I got home to dig into the four cookies I bought. I immediately tried the cinammon roll cookie and it was FANTASTIC!
