I just purchased a burrito from the location at 404 broadway at around 7:30pm and the cashier at that location had the nerve to refuse to let me use the bathroom and said it wasn’t for customers. The kind gentleman and the other staff at this location let me use their bathroom. I showed them my bag with my burrito and told them the situation and they were beyond kind. I really appreciate them.

Staff told patrons they are not taking in person orders, an hour after they opened. Talked to everyone like they were stupid for standing in line. Rude, ill prepared, and unprofessional.

Don’t waste your money here the food portions are way smaller than other locations. When I asked for more the worker had a whole attitude smh.
I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The place was nearly empty, yet the staff was just standing around doing nothing while every single table was filthy. It was clear no one had bothered to clean up for a while.
As for the food, it was just as bad. The rice in my burrito was completely undercooked—hard and inedible. The chicken was the opposite—so overcooked and burned that it was dry and bitter. It was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had.
With such lazy service and poorly made food, I definitely won’t be coming back.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this chipotle. Today was particularly bad. The main issue is that the burrito bowl I got is literally a ball of salt. I think the rice must not have been stirred or someone added way too much salt, but I couldn’t eat anything touching the rice. They also ran out of black beans but still have me the tablespoon of beans left until I asked for more beans. I wouldn’t have left a review for just the beans, but the rice was just too much.
