From the moment I walked in the store and saw the line to the moment I left the store my experience was bad. This place was not cleaned, but mind you there’s not a lot of places to eat around this area. I got stomachache that ended up in me throwing up. There was 2 cashiers, I was paying debit card and the guy was telling me the total when the screen said 0.00 I told him that and the other one insisted in me swiping my card again, w.e I did. Walked towards the utensils, none there. Requested a spoon the guy ignored me, asked again and gave me a dirty fork that idk where he got it from. Anyways, I rather starved than go in there again.

I ordered a burrito for online pickup and it was SOPPING wet. The burrito was small for Chipotle and the ingredients were so wet that the first layer of foil was dripping so an additional piece of foil had to be used. The tortilla was so soggy. Service wise my burrito was ready when it said it would be and the restaurant seemed clean and in decent shape.

The steak was dry and I don't even know how that happens when it's soaking in its own juices.The workers here rush, everything. I had to repeat what kind of rice I wanted to order twice and he was asking what kind of beans I wanted and I said Pinto and the server was acting like I couldn't make a choice when they were already removing the pinto beans and replacing it. The next server acted like he was in a hurry too when I was looking at the choices of meat, they have to see, which one was freshest, and he was acting like I was indecisive in a span of 15 to 30 seconds. Then he shoves it to another server while asking me what kind of toppings I want. It's so disorganized and messy. I understand that review about the rice being dry because it was kind of crunchy in my burrito. I will not be going here again, even though it's so close to where I am. It's disappointing that pretty much all the other Chipotle's I've been to have been on par with each other and the service and the quality is not as good here.

One of the better chipotle location in lower manhattan. Had a issue where my order broke thru the bag half way down the block. I didn’t know what to do. New Yorker came to the rescues and said to take a picture and go back to get a replacement. I showed the staff the bag and picture of my food on the floor. The team there didn’t have a issue re making my order. Thank you victor and the young lady at the cashier much ❤️. This is one of the few location I would come back to. The other two location closer to my office and home have really bad management and service.Parking: Parking in the area will be hard to find. you do see many people double parking getting tickets. Good luck to everyone that tries.

What I love about Chipotle is the stable quality and taste of the food they serve.
Just went here and they are very stingy with there portions. Even if you simply ask for a regular serving size they'll simply give you half. My bowl looks as if it's half empty.

Just realizing that this restaurant in Tribeca is all about quality, the service, the food, the staff, the atmosphere of the restaurant. Everything. I love it!!I take out from there about a couple times a week and never had an issue. Food is always fresh and I always enjoy it. I ate at others but thought to leave a review because of what happened at another one (see below). I now realize they have to go above and beyond to maintain this quality on everything!I just ate to another Chipotle in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. I did not realize that the standard could change that drastically from one chain restaurant location to another. I noticed the food was prepared differently there and did not seem that fresh. But I thought I have been eating at Chipotle for a decade never got sick. What could really happen ? Well 30 minutes or so later… food poisoning!! I felt it and could not believe it. Even the vinaigrette that’s supposed to be standard was different: it had sugar in it. I could taste the grains of sugar (I have been taking two vinaigrettes per salad since ordering salad it never tasted that disgusting). I ate batching businesses but please don’t cut corners on costs at the detriments of the customers health.
