This location used to be way better… I think the quality of the food has really gone downhill while the prices have gone up.

This is THE chipotle. I don’t think I’ve ever posted a fast food/QSR review before, but I work across the street from this chipotle and go here often and always have a 10/10 experience. They are QUICK. Like lightning quick, even with a line out the door during peak lunchtime. Their ingredients are always stocked, they’ve never been out of anything I want (unlike other chipotles i’m used to going to). And the potion sizessss. Chipotle’s brand has taken a hit over this in recent years but MAN do you get what you pay for at this one. My bowl is always full and they don’t skimp on protein, the most important part. Way to go y’all.

They give really little protein

The proportions are a joke here. For these Manhattan prices at least fill it up like it's meant to be. Paying full price for a bowl and getting half of that is ridiculous. Will never go to this location again.

The afternoon female cashier on 9/19 is incompetent and rude. Charged me steak bowl instead of chicken so I asked for receipt when I noticed the price difference. She couldn’t give me the correct receipt. She gave me a receipt of the previous customer who ordered a steak bowl and says I wasn’t charged. I showed her my online account which shows I was charged and charged the wrong amount. She was annoyed and said just take the food. She really thinks I wasn’t charged and didn’t know how to make a simple correction. The brown rice was hard and not cooked properly

Very, very tasty guacamole - perfect with the handcrafted chips.
Smoked brisket delicious and great value for money.

If I ever come back to NYC (hopefully not), I would eat here again.

Consistently gets mobile orders wrong.

The food was fine. It's the service. If you don't speak Spanish, the staff talks about you right in front of your face because they THINK people in America don't speak Spanish. SURPRISE! The cashier realized that I understand spanish when i was just standing there listening to their conversation and told everyone and they started freaking out. The funny part is they can speak English but won't say the rude things in English because they're scared.I can't wait to have a field day with corporate about this and hope every single last one of these people get fired. These entitled workers need to learn a valuable lesson in life. Just because your parents brought you to a country where a majority don't speak your language, some do.

It’s always clean here, it gets a little hectic during rush hour but it’s understandable. The workers are pretty friendly, very informative. I’ve experienced some friendly workers and some not so friendly workers but overall I think they have a good crew.
