I love Chopt and always seek it out when I'm traveling through Penn Station. There is something going on at this location though. I ordered a salad which had almost no chicken in it and almost no dressing on it, it was so bad I ended up tossing it. I also got a wrap, it was so dry and bland, I also tossed that. Love Chopt but avoid this location - it's also just a weird setup with no people and just machines. I ordered through the app which said my food was on a shelf waiting....read full review
Choose a different salad place (there are plenty of other options in the area). Don't like that you don't get to see them make the salad in front of you. The salad also wasn't the freshest. Order at the kiosk and pick up and go only.

I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews. I was in the neighborhood and hungry for lunch. I ordered at the kiosk and someone came out to tell me my lunch would be done in 5. It seemed like they prioritized that I was waiting in person which I appreciated. It is a little weird that there are no people, tables, or garbages but I thought my salad was good! The tofu was great. There was a bench I sat on to eat.
