I always come to this chipotle for my lunch, and enjoy my experience. Today was completely unprofessional. The two young ladies that was behind the counter was rude and nasty, arranging my food with a attitude to the point the “manger” had to step in, when he did step in he didn’t correct her misbehavior, he told her to take the next guest, and proceed to make my order, as I’m talking to my friend who is behind me sitting down, he told me to shut up or he will not take my order and not serve me. At this point I’m baffled because he allowed the disrespectful behavior from his employee and started to confront me. This experience was unacceptable, uncomfortable I definitely felt targeted, after that all the staff began to gain up on me. So 4 against 1 at this point. They also were talking about me in speaking Spanish. I never had an experience like this where the whole staff gains up on a customer , I felt like they were racist and unprofessional. They shouldn’t be working in customer service. As someone who is an expert in customer service for over 15 years. I really hope this situation get resolved. The experience so disturbing and very unkind. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

One of the cleanest seating areas at a chipotle that I've been to. Staff were friendly and efficient and there was no line. I saw the person helping me with my order wash their hands with soap and immediately don gloves, love to see it. The food was okay, got the kids barbacoa, lil stingy on meat and beans while sour cream was plentiful. Most of the chips were stale, watermelon limeade delicious as always. Bathroom code is 3915
