Going down in the quality food and Potion serving less and less my last experience I got a steak boil with a baby serving of rice like 12 small pieces of steak when I asked because I'm a regular there I was told that management told the staff to underserved the customers absolutely sad

I've been here dozens of times and most visits have had some problem or another. A few times is fine, but this place is very consistently problematic.Most common issue is that they constantly get the order wrong. Closely followed by the fact that if you order in advance, they'll tell you that it's ready (via the app or website) and then when you arrive they haven't even begun making it (which they'll tell you explicitly).

WORST chipotle I've ever been to. The staff is rude and very stingy with their protein. Giving me the smallest amount of pork calling it 4 oz, when I usually get double the serving at other chipotles. Guy with the glasses and manager need to be fired asap. Nasty attitude, i would avoid this chipotle and walk an extra half mile to another one. WASTE OF MONEY.

This chipotle location is good , I don’t know if it’s just me but chipotle just doesn’t taste like how it used to be. It feels like the quality of their ingredients downgraded. Other than that the staff were all really friendly and made me feel comfortable dining in.

If you want to order in person, avoid going there between 12-1pm because the line gets very long. I highly recommend downloading the chipotle app and ordering from there so that you get points for every purchase, as you can get some pretty good deals for the points (ie free guac and/or chips).

i hate this place. always closed when i place online orders, ordered to the wrong place and the staff walked away from me instead of offering to take a new order. i never get refunded when the doors are locked and i placed an order online. the reason i do not go to chipotle
