Went here not too long ago and had a pleasant experience, the service was great and the food was also very good too. I had ordered my usual chicken burrito bowl with 2 chicken tacos through the app and my food was ready by the time I showed up which was great. Would come back again.

Cold, tasted really bad (the Carnitas Burritto). No need to say anything more.
And the person serving. I had to ask him to repeat himself more than 10 times!

The food here is great but the staff act like they don’t care about our comfort like we asked them to clean our table and the lady said “one minute” and she never came. Otherwise, the food is AWESOME 😊

Chipotle is a must-try when you come to the United States. I studied the ordering method carefully and placed my order successfully. The young servers were kind and accommodating, so I ordered without problems. I packed it up and ate it at the hotel. The portion was large enough for two people to eat.

I hadn't thought about it, but my friend asked me to try it when I go to New York, saying it would be a memorable dish, so I tried it, and I was satisfied because it was delicious and the quantity was large! Good value for money when traveling to New York :-)

The only reason I don’t rate them a one is that the food and people taking our order were okay but the dining area is really dirty. I really don’t know how the City allows this to go on. There was food on the tables and food all over the floor. Obviously no one wipes tables down after people eat nor cleans the floors or chairs. There were so many people seated that I could not get better photos without being intrusive. After one look we decided to take our food to go.
