well, I've done a mobile order for a double steak, and I got the regular, which means they've over sold my order. if they didn't have enough, they should've called or waited till I got there to make some changes to the order, or added chicken to substitute the extra steak. I realized if I'd ordered in person, I would have gotten extra steak, they figured, since it's mobile the customer wouldn't noticed. I'm a detail person, I would notice.
