For my bowl of food item choices, I recently ordered a double portion of carnitas. They charged about an extra $5 for that. About half of all the carnitas was fat. The sour cream that they add on has often had no taste, for what reason, I don't know. The waiting line to place an order often moves slowly, seemingly because of not enough staff.

Staff constantly ignores pick up orders. My food is routinely ready on time and the staff is not helpful or ignorant and lets the order sit on the pick up shelf for 20+ minutes, making the food cold. Not the first time this has happened, it is ongoing

Was sent the wrong beans in my veggie bowl and it also had no fajita veggies! I also ordered two kids meals. Both showed up with no fajita veggies. They left the tray empty! Ridiculous. At least add something else to the meal instead of ripping me off.

As an huge Chipotle fan, this has to be the worst run location in the whole company. I never write reviews, but these guys are doing something special. Everytime I go to this location something is wrong. They are either out of certain ingredients, the staff slacking off or rude, and the food is under cooked. They need to get their act together.

Make sure you double check on the price. I was going through the line and got a regular burrito with no extras. I heard the cashier start laughing mentioning guac to the other employee and then she said to the cashier "yeah put guac". I had to stop them to get it taken off my bill because all the cashier told me was the total.

Call me old fashioned but the corporate prioritization of digital orders over people physically waiting in line is pretty weak.

I went to this chipotle on October 8, 2024… I watched a white family in front of me get a good portion of meat… come to my turn, I got such a small portion you would think it was for a kid. I had to pay double for the same portion the white dude got. Please do not go to this chipotle. These workers are trained to give high portions to white people as oppose to anyone that’s a person of color. Chipotle do better! Never again at this site. Ever again.
If your thinking of charging your phone while you eat go somewhere else They have no outlets here

This is the best Chipotle location! I needed catering for my son's bday party. The team at 1497 3rd ave, especially the manager Irvin, totally over-delivered. They gave me so much perfectly cooked, fresh food. All my guests were so happy to see Chipotle and everyone ate really well! Thank you Irvin and team!

I got charged 20 for 2 sides of protein, even so the tender was like afraid to serve chicken, giving just a small chicken spoon due to fear

I go in at least once a week to order my daughter and I dinner I always feel rushed and they are very stingy with the chicken today I was rushed with nobody standing behind me they put my food in the bag with one of the tops crushed I also ordered chips and they actually seemed annoyed will definitely be finding a new location to visit

Don’t be afraid~ - The best Mexican fast food chain in America Think of it as a Central American version of Subway Meals are served quickly, portions are large, substantial and healthy
The lettuce is crispy, the meat is light, the tomatoes are sweet, and the crust is firm and chewy. I love it.
