The soda wasn’t working. I’ve payed for it. Asked to fix it 5 times in 30 minutes. At the end I had to ask for a refund and left the restaurant when the machine was still not operating and nobody was so worried about it.

Chipotle, I thought it would be a nice, comfortable place, but it was the complete opposite. Trash cans overflowing, horribly hot, and extremely disgusting bathrooms. It was unpleasant, nothing like I imagined.

Comically small portions. Like, sad amounts of each topping, half of what you would get at any other Chipotle. Employee got a weird attitude with me for asking for more of the free toppings. If you want a $15 bowl of lunch slop there are a million better places to go in the neighborhood.

I ordered food and tapped my card to pay. Then I ordered an additional drink and paid for both the food and drink together, but the first charge was not canceled. As a result, I ended up paying for food I didn’t even eat. Tourists, be careful!

I’ve been living in the neighborhood for 10 plus years now. There’s nothing wrong with this chipotle location (Columbus circle) except today! Unacceptable - Working conditions extremely hot and humid temperatures.
I found myself extremely uncomfortable and dizzy. The 5 minutes that it took me to place an order and leave. I can only imagine the employees.
Please do better by those whom feed America!

I’ve been here a few times due to convenience but I’m finished. Forget the portions, the attitudes when sharing your food is ridiculous. It’s not from everyone, just to make that clear. They do make you feel rushed and sometimes there is no line. I ordered food yesterday.. ate it and my food didn’t even get to digest. I threw everything up. I would provide pictures but it’s not pleasant. Something must have not been cooked properly but it screams E Coli. This is ridiculous seriously. Never again.

They really don’t care about customers. We came with the family and they didn’t let us sit at a spot as they have cleaned and don’t want to clean it again given the close time is way far about 3 hrs remaining and the stuff sounded very rude. There was no sitting spots for a family.
