You can’t expect much from chipotle, but these guys really do stoop low. Workers were not only dry and unwelcoming, they also are stingy and unorganized. Kitchen was dirty and looked a mess, the food looked like it had been sitting in the fridge for months, food was cold and empty, and the floor/tables were dirty. Me and my boyfriend decided to sit in front of kitchen, because that was the only place that was actually clean, and they said “HEY! that side is closed ”….odd. Don’t recommend if you want a simple experience at your typical chipotle.

When I tried to explain the issue to the cashier, she was dismissive and rude, even telling me to “throw it away if I didn’t like it.” It was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The manager later came over and offered to either remake the meal or issue a refund.

I went to Chipotle, a Mexican fast food restaurant in New York. The place is clean, modern, and has music. It has lots of space and the colors are nice. The service was fast and the people were friendly. The food was amazing and spicy. I ate a burrito with rice, chicken, and vegetables. The food was fresh and good quality. Worst Chipotle bowl I ever had. Super small portion. The bowl was half compare to all other bowls I had from other locations. Overly salty. I could barely eat it, it was soooo salty. It was so gross. I don’t think I’ll have chipotle for a while after this one.
Stopped by the Chipotle in Columbus Circle today. It’s on a corner and has a good amount of space with several tables, though it can get a bit messy since cleaning during the day seems limited.
I had the carne asada bowl with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, beans, and the tomato salad — which they say isn’t spicy, but has a nice little kick to it. My girlfriend ordered the chicken burrito, and it was equally tasty. Both meals were fresh, flavorful, and filling.
We kept it simple with tap water, and the bill came out to about $30 for two people, which felt fair for the portion sizes.
Overall, a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Great flavors, generous servings, and a convenient location.

Don’t come here. They always only have one employee working it doesn’t matter if it’s lunch rush or dinner rush it’s always one person working the entire line. And always a line. Expect to wait 15-20 mins just to order. They always look so sad and miserable or have a poor attitude. They skimp out on portions. Food is never hot. I’ve tried a few times hoping it would change and it hasn’t. I will not be back. Save your time and money.

The soda wasn’t working. I’ve payed for it. Asked to fix it 5 times in 30 minutes. At the end I had to ask for a refund and left the restaurant when the machine was still not operating and nobody was so worried about it.
