Sorry I normally dont write bad reviews but this was a very very bad experience! My husband ordered food for us online and especially for me some tacos where there was absolutely nowhere written in the menu that it would be spicy. Specifically because I can't tolerate spicy food. At home we tried it and it could be very good but it was so extremely spicy that I could eat exactly 2 bites. Now my whole mouth hurts.

Ordered a steak burrito bowl to-go around 2pm today, the worker on the line barely gave me any steak i had to ask for more which she said would be extra and told her i would not pay for that and to put it in the bowl. The restaurant was extremely filthy, to-go ramekins not stocked. I ended up getting extremely sick after an hour eating from here. Do not eat from this location!!

I really liked the bowl mostly because they put a good amount of protein! But please please ask to the customer if they want a bag and don’t give it by default, this is a LOT of waist given that most of the customers are just eating it in the place so they just throw the bag.

I came here to get some dinner while I was in New York for a college trip and I had a very pleasant experience, I had ordered ahead on the app and my food was ready and waiting for me by the time I had arrived. The food tasted great and was fresh. The seating area was clean and neat too. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Craving a burrito whilst on holiday in NY, the reviews for this place drew me to grab dinner there.
The restaurant felt unclean but I had a take away order so wasn’t bothered. The first thing the server said was ‘no cheese’ which didn’t bother me as I didn’t want cheese anyway!
The burrito was huge and the ingredients tasted fresh enough. For a fast food place I was really impressed and will likely return before we leave.
Edit: I returned this evening with a larger order as my children love Mexican too. I tried to order ahead via the app as I know they are busy but as I don’t live in the US, I was unable to.
The server could not fathom that I would order what was on their menu and how dare I as one person order food for 4 people. I tried to keep it simple but was met with eye rolling and ushered to pay and leave. I had a chicken burrito bowl which had no chicken and my portion was visibly smaller than those others in the line.
I’m sure if I switched to an American accent I would have been treated differently.
The food is still really good. The drinks were piss poor with the soda not being carbonated.
Sadly I won’t be returning and will be recommending other foreigners to avoid at all costs!

Food here is good at least they cook their chicken fully unlike the other location. But when I went they had no Ice, no chicken and no black beans when they know this is a time where a lot of people want dinner… and the inside of this place is absolutely dirty. They don’t clean the counter, they don’t take the trash out it’s actually disgusting. I know yall aren’t getting paid a lot but at least have someone periodically maintain the store it’s just deplorable in here fr.
