I was pretty disappointed with my pick up order. I waited 10 minutes till the time that I was supposed to pick it up. I came and waited five minutes before they even started it and was ignored by the people who were doing the online orders and then had to re-ask twice for the right condiments or whatever you call the ingredients and it just wasn't pleasant since I was in a rush and I purposely ordered to pick up at a specific time and I still had to end up waiting at least...
Lowkey a fantastic spot for grub in NYC. Portions are big enough to split. Got the honey chicken and shared it with my girl.

I came here with two others on a cold Friday evening in early February for a quick meal before a broadway show. There was plenty of seating space available and no wait on the line to order.
The restaurant was very clean. The food is pretty standard Chipotle quality and taste. The staff were nice but not warm. The restaurant has two large restrooms available for customers that were also very clean.
