This Chipotle is located next to my job, and I come here often. However, whenever they run out of an item, the wait for fresh food tends to be very long. The staff are generally polite, but they do not seem to have much urgency in getting items, like the steak, restocked quickly. It becomes especially frustrating when I am on a limited break and have to get back to work, only to find that the steak is still not ready.

Only come here if you’re ready for the smallest portions of food ever given out at a Chipotle. Save your double chicken scoop for another Chipotle location because its not worth it here.

Very disappointed. Went after 6 pm, no line. The employee gave a quick “scoop” of chicken that was actually a half-scoop, at best. I had to call out how silly that was, a manager came over, put on a show by staring at the bowl for a few seconds, and then added a tiny bit more chicken. So unprofessional. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. Ripping off repeat customers is not smart.

The only time any of the employees clean during service is to passive aggressively kick you out. I was reading a book at this location, and this middle-aged lady was wiping only my table, mind you. She went back and forth brushing her dirty cloth against my book.
This location also hard skimps. Normalize walking out!
