I love eating from chipotle, the great food, the scenery is awesome, and the service is half-and-half. I will say on attitude otherwise the staff tend to act, childish, and the way of service how to pack a bag with a glass soda it's very poor.

The employee that served us today was incredibly rude and just threw ingredients (including some I didn’t even want) into my burrito. Angrily she prompted me to tell her the order in one go, and did the same with my partner. I will absolutely not be going again.

Be careful if you order anything with rice! I ordered 2 burrito bowls-- it felt like I was biting into little rocks. Then I realized the rice was not cooked. After trying hard to eat it anyway, I gave up and called them.
Vegetarian options: Everything that calls for meat is replaced with soffrito, a delicious non-meat.

Today while going to eat at this location I witnessed an employee scraping gum off of the public NYC sidewalk outside of Chipotle. I don't see how people handling food should have this duty as a task of theirs. If this is coming from chipotle Corperate or the GM I think they should re think this because it's disgusting. I've never seen anything like it to be honest. Not only is it demeaning to the employee hired to handle food and care for the inside of the store. It's just flat out gross. No customer walking by on a public Manhattan street wants to see chipotle employees doing this. Please do better.

They had their employees working with no AC and it was hotter in the store then outside Unacceptable I feel sad about their working conditions . Starbucks closed their store to fix their Ac for their employees shame on that employer. Got to do better I think I should call Corporate.
The workers were really nice, attentive, patient and accommodating :) They're really doing their best. They were generous with the portions and the food was fresh and good. The store's AC was also lacking so it was pretty warm and they were still super nice ?
