I go to chipotle at least once a week and always had a decent experience until now. 9/2/25 around 12:50-1pm Ordered a carnitas bowl which I was given small scraps of meet from the bottom of a clearly already empty tin. I told him that I wanted a normal portion for my meat which the guy serving me acted frustrated, proceeds to continue to pick up an extra strand from an already empty tin and rushed me to the next station. I would have stepped back and waited for the refill if necessary. Unacceptable

Is hidden. You have to get into the building and go to the basement. If you want to use the bathroom you have to ask to the security guard to open it for you what is really uncomfortable... The service personnel are great btw.
Chipotle is always a 10/10. The guacamole was fresh and the chicken so I was happy. Everything tasted really good.

Criminally small portions- 0 stars if I could. Will never order from this location again-CMG better get it together! Have been a customer since 2014- at this point there’s no reason for me to give Chipotle any more chances

Got bowl, at the cashier price came up more, I did ask them why, I was told there is extra meat, when I opened the bowl, it’s same amount as usual. Feels like they started scamming people!

These girls have nasty attitudes and they speak Spanish to each other while serving food. The guy ahead of me asked for some onions because all she grabbed were the green peppers and she stared at him, rolled her eyes and then said something in Spanish to her co worker. The co worker; who was changing out the food also stared at him and shook her head in disgust. After making my bowl I asked for a large chips and queso in which she only gave me queso. I didn't realize that she left the chips on the counter and never put them in my bag before I walked out. I was very disappointed but decided not to go back to get them from her. The food gave me severe gas and stomach issues, I wouldn't go back to that location nor would I recommend. The floors and tables were also nasty.
