I have been coming here for over a year and always ordered the rotisserie chicken. It was always very delicious, except tonight. This evening I went in and ordered a full rotisserie chicken and the quarters were cut up into smaller pieces. The skin was soggy and the center of the pieces of chicken were cold and had a refrigerator taste to them. This chicken was obviously old and was reheated. I also had to wait a really long time for the order to come out. This is really disappointing. I don’t like being treated like I’m an idiot. They took advantage and served horrible food. I will never go back here. They should be ashamed of themselves serving this garbage. If I could give zero stars for this, then I would’ve. Do better!!!

This review is for the catering service from this 2nd Ave location. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Karla made great suggestions for our event and simplified the whole process for me. The food came right on time and was packaged so well that it stayed warm until we were ready to eat- more than an hour later. The one thing I would do differently next time is order a little less because the portions were very generous, especially for the price. Everyone at our event loved the taste of the food. Highly recommend!

The workers are rude and have an attitude problem, they never answer the phone, the hours on google are wrong they close at 9:45 and are very strict on that closing time. The portions dont match the prices, honestly dont waste your time.

Chirp chicken sandwich was amazing. Hot fresh bread and chicken was juicy. Great combo with plantain in sandwich. I also went back for 1/4 chicken. Was great too.

A cheep I mean cheap and cheerful spot for good rotisserie chicken and filling sides. Woo’d my grandmother who isn’t a fan of eating out. Good prices for portions!
I just went there today is July 7 no one was in the restaurant and the black lady at front I was ready to ask what I want! She told me to wait and I was standing there for about 3 minutes she ignore me and I has to leave, I walked from the grand central to here. I was really disappointed for the service. I didn't tried the food.??????
I ordered the shrimp fried rice bowl. It was incredible! The shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the sauce they added in the bowl, impeccable.

The food is pretty good, I won’t take anything away from that. But the service here is terrible. They are so slow. There was one person in front of me and it took about 20 minutes to take out a half chicken and two sides. Two people who came after me, got their food before me. I went up to the counter to see what was going on, and my food was just sitting there behind the cashier. She looked at me and looked over and handed me my food without saying a word for the inconvenience. I don’t know how long it was sitting there she was on her phone scrolling and didn’t seem to care. The last time I was there, I remember the service being very slow as well. The cashier, who is the face of the establishment couldn’t give a darn about customers experience
